Real Estate /ˈrē(ə)l/ /iˈstāt/.
Has been simply defined as "property consisting of land or buildings". Below is what real estate means to me, personally.
People.
People matter. This is the "real" in real estate. Although possession of a thing and its land is the primary objective let's not lose sight of the vital importance of those who dwell within. They create the living, the estate and the posterity.
Places.
I'm a firm believer that a sense of home is a basic necessity that we all deserve to intimately know. Not just on its surface but deep down. What it looks like, feels like and what new and old memories can be/have been created there.
Things.
My life objective is to be more impactful in Real Estate and Urban Renewal in a way that doesn't gentrify or displace people from the lives that they know and their sense of inherent posterity, kinship with familiar places and their most treasured things.

Home Interiors Styling /hōm/ /inˈtirēər/ /ˈstīliNG/.
I've always been able to make a shack into a showroom, it's one of the many things that I am good at. What I do, naturally, is based on the following principles:
Potential.
It is what my eyes see in all things. What I see feeds my imagination with ideas of what could be.
Beauty. It is entirely subjective (as in it lies in the eye of the beholder) and as such defies simple definiton.
Purpose. It is what I think of when I see potential and beauty in something that would otherwise be dismissed or discarded.
Renewal. It is the end result of seeing potential, recognizing beauty and determining a new purpose.
FASHION
Fashion /ˈfaSHən/.
When people hear the word "fashion" they automatically relate it to clothing or attire but its so much more than that.
1. a prevailing custom or style of dress, etiquette, socializing, etc.: the latest fashion in dresses.
2. conventional usage in dress, manners, etc., especially of polite society, or conformity to it: the dictates of fashion; to be out of fashion.
3. manner; way; mode: in a warlike fashion.
4. the make or form of anything: He liked the fashion of the simple, sturdy furniture.
5. a kind; sort: All fashions of people make up the world.
So it can be applied to very many things and in very many ways. I am fashioning a new way to be the change that I want to see. How about you?
